Case Study

Comprehensive, a leading brand in professional connectivity solutions, approached us to build an e-commerce website to streamline their ordering process and improve the customer experience. We used AmeriCommerce CMS to manage inventory and drop shipment, UX/UI designs (Figma) for an intuitive and user-friendly interface, Stripe for payment processing, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for CRM, Google Search Console for SEO, hosted on Digital Ocean, and Adobe Photoshop for graphics. The project was a great success, resulting in an increase in sales and customer satisfaction.

Comprehensive needed a website that could serve as a one-stop-shop for their customers, making it easy to order and purchase the products they needed. The website needed to be user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to navigate, while still providing advanced features like inventory management and drop shipment. Additionally, Comprehensive needed to increase their online visibility and attract more organic traffic to the site.

To meet Comprehensive’s needs, we suggested using AmeriCommerce CMS to manage inventory and drop shipment, UX/UI designs (Figma) to create an intuitive and user-friendly interface, Stripe for payment processing, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for CRM, Google Search Console for SEO, hosted on Digital Ocean, and Adobe Photoshop for graphics. We began the project by analyzing Comprehensive’s needs and goals, creating wireframes, and refining the design with input from Comprehensive’s team.

Once the design was approved, we began development using AmeriCommerce CMS, Stripe for payment processing, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for CRM, Google Search Console for SEO, hosted on Digital Ocean, and Adobe Photoshop for graphics. We integrated these tools seamlessly, creating custom pages and optimizing the site for SEO.

The new e-commerce website we created for Comprehensive was a great success. The intuitive and user-friendly interface, streamlined checkout process, and high-quality graphics and product images improved the overall customer experience, resulting in increased sales and customer satisfaction. The integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for CRM allowed Comprehensive to track and analyze customer data, improving their marketing and sales strategies, while the optimization of the site for SEO using Google Search Console resulted in increased organic traffic to the site. The fast and reliable hosting on Digital Ocean ensured that the site was always accessible, reducing the likelihood of abandoned shopping carts and lost sales.

The new e-commerce website we created for Comprehensive was a great success, resulting in increased sales and customer satisfaction. The integration of various third-party tools and software allowed Comprehensive to manage their inventory and drop shipment seamlessly, while increasing customer engagement and loyalty. Overall, the project demonstrated the importance of a user-friendly and intuitive interface, efficient payment processing, and effective use of customer data to drive sales and improve the customer experience.
